Elves Behaving Badly in Church
Our mischievous elves are back, and they’re up to no good again! Join Friends of St. Mary’s Mendlesham for our third annual Elves Behaving Badly in Church event this November, as St. Mary’s is taken over by a cheeky group of festive troublemakers. Expect laughter, Christmas sparkle, family fun, and plenty of elf-sized mischief hidden around the church. This much-loved community event is a joyful way to begin the festive season, bringing children, families and friends together in the beautiful setting of St. Mary’s. Whether you’ve joined us before or are discovering the elves for the first time, we’d love to welcome you for another afternoon of festive fun in support of Friends of St. Mary’s Mendlesham. Full details, timings and ticket information will be confirmed soon, but for now, save the date and keep an eye out… the elves are already planning their return!

Ladies Fashion Show
Following the success of our first fashion show, Friends of St Mary’s Mendlesham is delighted to announce that this stylish community event will return for a second year. Guests can look forward to an enjoyable occasion filled with fashion, inspiration and plenty of opportunities to discover and purchase beautiful clothing. More than simply a fashion show, the event will bring friends and neighbours together for a memorable evening while raising valuable funds to support the work of Friends of St Mary’s and the future of our historic village church.

A Ritzy Afternoon Tea
Join The Friends of St. Mary’s Mendlesham for the return of our much-loved Ritzy Afternoon Tea, an elegant afternoon of tea, treats, friendship and fundraising in the beautiful surroundings of St. Mary’s Church. After the wonderful success of last year’s event, we are delighted to welcome guests back for another special afternoon filled with homemade delights, warm hospitality and a touch of glamour. Dress to impress, bring a friend, and enjoy a relaxed summer gathering in support of Friends of St. Mary’s Mendlesham. Tickets are £15 per person. Payment will be taken on the day at the door, or can be made to a committee member beforehand. Please let us know when booking if you have any dietary requirements, allergies, accessibility needs or anything else we should be aware of, so we can do our best to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable.
